Cooper Alta Mk2 Prescott 1953 by K & R Replicas
The Cooper-Alta special started off with a unique low-line nose but as the season progressed it reverted to a more conventional Cooper style as seen here. The shapes of the sides of the kit are slightly less bulbous than it looks in photographs, more like a normal Cooper-Bristol, but the small details for exhausts and intakes have been well observed and the casting quality looks excellent.

Well cast and easy to build, if rather crude, metal kits. Usually accurate though occasionally a bit odd. Wire wheels of the self - assembly type. Decals, when included, often slightly yellow (typical of many English makers) but will bleach with exposure to u.v. light. Now including a little more photo-etch. Made in England.
