MG TF X-Power Trophy 2004
The X-Power Trophy was a club race series run by the MG Car Club featuring classes for the ZR hatchback and TF sportscar, the example of the latter seen here winning the category in the hands of Paul Roberts. The parts are fairly simple with clean metal castings for the majority and a few small etched details. A metallic black paint finish will be needed before decaling and there are several (very small) photos of the finished model in the instructions for decal placement.

Well cast and easy to build, if rather crude, metal kits. Usually accurate though occasionally a bit odd. Wire wheels of the self - assembly type. Decals, when included, often slightly yellow (typical of many English makers) but will bleach with exposure to u.v. light. Now including a little more photo-etch. Made in England.
