With a restyle by Marcello Gandini and significant mechanical upgrades, the Pantera SI was launched in 1990 and would be the final evolution of de Tomaso's supercar. Only 41 examples were built with 38 of those making their way to private owners and here we see the most exclusive of all, one of the four examples converted by Carrozzeria Pavesi of Milan into targas. Kess's model is smartly finished in a fine metallic blue and this certainly makes for an unusual addition to any road car collection.
