Austin A110 Westminster Mk2 by K & R Replicas
The other new K&R releases that we see in this issue are based on older releases but this is an all new pattern. The basic body shape looks good but with K&R's increased use of photo-etch, we would prefer if this was extended to side window frames as the plated castings supplied are a little heavy, as they are for one or two other details. They fit well though and the quality of the parts is not an issue, they're just slightly lacking finesse by current standards.

About K & R Replicas
Well cast and easy to build, if rather crude, metal kits. Usually accurate though occasionally a bit odd. Wire wheels of the self - assembly type. Decals, when included, often slightly yellow (typical of many English makers) but will bleach with exposure to u.v. light. Now including a little more photo-etch. Made in England.
