This rather unusual looking machine was created to run in the 1981 IMSA series but appears not have got beyond the qualifying sessions for the Daytona 24 Hours. The bodywork was based on that for a Porsche 935 and the overall look was very distinctive. The model captures the basic shape very well and all of the sponsor decals are clearly printed and neatly placed. The paint finish is a little heavy but overall it looks pretty good and is a great opportunity to obtain a model of an unusual subject.
Well detailed resin kits and handbuilt models. Kits well cast but need some excess material removing from some parts. Hand-built models usually very good though occasionally paint finishes leave a little to be desired. Made in Italy.
