Ferrari 250LM 1st Le Mans 1965 #21 NART 1:18 by Looksmart
Ferrari 250LM 1st Le Mans 1965
With the factory cars dropping out relatively early, the battle for Le Mans in 1965 was fought between two privately entered 250LMs, the NART machine driven by Rindt and Gregory eventually victorious. The shape of the car looks pretty good, as we expect and the finish is to a high standard. The decals are carefully placed but the red chosen does look possibly a little bright to us. The presentation is smart too, with the base of the large display case covered in a fine blue baize cloth with an etched descriptive plaque.
