H J Mulliner created a number of different Sedanca de Ville bodies on the Phantom III chassis and the design modelled here is one of the earlier ones, the lines matching a 1936 car that we have found images of. The shape is well replicated with the driver’s compartment open and the general fit and finish is to a good standard. The two-tone fawn and black paint is an unusual combination, but suits the subject very well.

Traditional diecast models, mostly of historic British vehicles. Overall shapes and paint finishes usually excellent. Some of the smaller detailing such as wipers can be a little heavy and wire wheels are sometimes replicated with printed acetate discs. Price point is very low, so something has to give and with a few accessories they make excellent models. Made in China for the UK.
