Fujimi’s kit of the 512S offers cars from Daytona and the Targa Florio and on these races there was a louvered cover over the engine. At Le Mans the intake stacks were under a clear plexi screen and so the transkit includes a new resin rear body section along with a vacform for that window and etched vents to fit in either side of the rear deck, as well as decals of course. Should you wish to build a later 512S but not the Filipinetti car the body parts are available separately.
