Porsche 934 LM 1979/1980 #87/91 Denver by Renaissance
This is the twelfth variant released so far of Renaissance’s well detailed and well-proportioned 934 kit, so the parts are pretty familiar to us now! The bulk of the components are in resin, some of which will need some flash removing, there are machined wheels, a few tiny white metal details such as door handles and plenty of fine photo-etch. The decals are clearly printed and offer two variants of the same car as it appeared at Le Mans in consecutive years. It failed to finish on both occasions and the more visually interesting is the 1980 car with the gothic script race numbers. The red panels of the livery are all included on the decal, so the bodywork onlt needs a simple white paint finish with a little additional detail painting on bumper inserts etc.

About Renaissance
Excellent kits and conversion sets (for plastic) using resin bodies, white metal parts, lots of very fine photo-etching and good decals. Some castings need cleaning. Excellent instructions. Classic subjects (REN43 refs) are relatively simple builds, while the Integral series (RENI) of more modern subjects are a little more complex. Made in France
