Porsche 911RSR Le Mans 1976 #78 Febles by Renaissance
The Porsche entered at Le Mans in 1976 by Puerto Rican Diego Fables was an ex-Brumos machine (the 1975 Daytona winner) and still wore the basic colours of the team. We’re not sure if the car was still run by Brumos and Febles was the entrant, or whether he just liked the colours! The decal sheet in the kit is, logically, shared with several Brumos models and much of the kit is common with Renaissance’s Daytona winner (RENI092). The parts are typical for a Porsche in this range, with plenty of cabin detail, a well-proportioned resin body, the option of building with the driver’s door open to show off the interior and several sheets of fine etch.

About Renaissance
Excellent kits and conversion sets (for plastic) using resin bodies, white metal parts, lots of very fine photo-etching and good decals. Some castings need cleaning. Excellent instructions. Classic subjects (REN43 refs) are relatively simple builds, while the Integral series (RENI) of more modern subjects are a little more complex. Made in France
