Porsche 9FF GT9R 2010 by Spark
9FF are a slightly less well known tuning house in Germany but like Ruf they use Porsche cars as a base and are recognised by the German authorities as a car maker in their own right. The GT9 may still look like a Porsche and have a Porsche engine but the GT9 is a ground up build with the engine mid-mounted. The GT9-R seen here was designed from the outset to take the fastest road car title from the Bugatti Veyron and thanks to in excess of 1100 horsepower has a design top speed of 414 km/h. Unfortunately for 9FF, before this speed could be independently verified, Bugatti moved the goalposts! It's a purposeful looking beast though and Spark have done a very good job on the modelling, with plenty of engine detail visible in the rear and carbon parts on the body.

About Spark
The range which changed the 1:43 model market and for which we coined the term 'resincast'. Resin rather than traditional diecast bodies mean that relatively short production runs can be made and what might be marginal subjects become viable. Quality is very consistent with plenty of fine etch used where necessary. A huge range is the result, covering all aspects of (mostly postwar) motorsport and a wide variety of road cars. We typically see around 30 new subjects released per month and pre-orders are strongly recommended. Made in China & Madagascar.
