Our first impression when opening the box on this very well finished model was that the fine metallic green is perhaps a little too green, but then when we look at our photos of the model it has the slight greyness that we expect to see, so it’s not far off. The shape of the car checks out pretty well, with the bulbous front wheel arches and spat covered rears concealing excellent wire wheels. The decals are all neatly cut where they straddle panel lines but it is in the cockpit that we see the most subtle detail with visible wiring, padding on the chassis frame by the driver’s right knee and even a tool roll stowed in the passenger door.
