Porsche 911 RSR Le Mans 2011 #88 Felbermayr by Spark
We’ve already seen the GT Am class Felbermayr Porsche (SPK3421) and here we have the two GT Pro cars which were serious candidates for class victory pre-race, though in the event #77 finished fourth in the category and #88 crashed out. In terms of overall finish and placement of sponsorship everything looks good when compared with race photos, though on the front there are minor niggles such as race numbers blanking off small vents. This is countered with excellent etch for the smaller body details.

The range which changed the 1:43 model market and for which we coined the term 'resincast'. Resin rather than traditional diecast bodies mean that relatively short production runs can be made and what might be marginal subjects become viable. Quality is very consistent with plenty of fine etch used where necessary. A huge range is the result, covering all aspects of (mostly postwar) motorsport and a wide variety of road cars.
