Morgan Judd Le Mans 2014 #50 Larbre by Spark
We’re more used to seeing Larbre Competition’s name on GT cars at Le Mans in recent years but for 2014 they were running a striking black and yellow LMP2 entry. Spark’s Morgan prototype is well proportioned and on this model we see a flawless paint finish and clearly printed decals with no hint of colour bleed. To break up the expanses of black there are small touches of carbon and overall it looks very smart.

The range which changed the 1:43 model market and for which we coined the term 'resincast'. Resin rather than traditional diecast bodies mean that relatively short production runs can be made and what might be marginal subjects become viable. Quality is very consistent with plenty of fine etch used where necessary. A huge range is the result, covering all aspects of (mostly postwar) motorsport and a wide variety of road cars.
