Le Mans legend Jacky Ickx scored the third of his Le Mans victories on board this vividly decorated Porsche 936 and it also gave Van Lennep his second win. The shape of the car looks very good but it is the decoration that really grabs the eye, the orange elements of the livery being particularly bright and the other decals equally crisply printed.

The range which changed the 1:43 model market and for which we coined the term 'resincast'. Resin rather than traditional diecast bodies mean that relatively short production runs can be made and what might be marginal subjects become viable.
