Ferrari 250 LWB TDF 1959 #158/171 by Tron
Also available BEE078 & BEE079 - built
This simple, well made kit offers two options. The #158 is the more interesting visually as the white car of Jo Schlesser was finished with a bright green and red stripe. Dumay's car was plain silver but did at least finish the event, in seventh position, Schlesser having crashed. The main body casting will need just a little light cleanup and has the bonnet as a separate piece, allowing Tron flexibility with the patterns. The bumpers are plated castings and there are etched window frames for the vac-formed windows.
