LolaT297 Le Mans 1979 #31 Lacaud/Lateste by Bizarre
A very wet race at Le Mans in 1979 saw a high number of retirements due to accidents and electrical problems in particular and this two-litre Lola made steady progress through the field as a result, despite a couple of long pit stops, until the clutch cried enough with twenty hours gone. The model matches race photos well in terms of decoration, including the late additions not seen in practice shots, and the finish is to a decent standard.

About Bizarre
Very well finished resincast models with production by Spark. As the name suggests, originally the range picked up on some of the more unusual race cars from motoring history. More recently the range has been fully absorbed by Spark and is used for Speed Record and other more niche subjects. Made in China.
